124.13.xx.xx - bad for everything
60.50.xx.xx - so so for everything
60.51.xx.xx - reasonable for online gaming and BT.
60.52.xx.xx - i will disconnect at this ip juz like 124.13
60.53.xx.xx - reasonable for all apps
60.54.xx.xx - good for online gaming. speedy. reasonable for the rest.
118.100.xx.xx - puke blood for BT
118.101.xx.xx - reasonable for all .

its difficult to obtain 118.101 i have to recon like 80 times before i get to hang on to it.
once i'm on it, i'm hanging on to it for as long as possible. lolz.
